I was born in the UK and spent much of my childhood travelling and living in different countries with my family before settling in England at the age of nine. From an early age, I felt a strong connection to art and creativity, which led me to study an Art Foundation course followed by a degree in Illustration.

After graduating, I travelled extensively, drawing inspiration from the colours, patterns, textiles, and cultures of the places I visited. In 2011, I moved to New Zealand - a place I had previously fallen in love with for its beautiful landscape, small communities and a deep connection to the outdoors. Alongside painting and creating whenever possible, I worked as both an in-house and freelance graphic designer before transitioning into surface design.

My work is inspired by travel, nature, texture, and the feeling of a place. I create designs that reflect the colours, textures, light, and atmosphere of the landscapes that inspire me, capturing their essence and bringing a sense of connection and joy to everyday surfaces.
